Missing Dad & Grandad

After being without you for one year I can only say God has got me through in addition to my sisters and mother. Thank you for connecting with my mom to make them they are the reasons why I am still here fighting for you and having your back 100%. You were my greatest inspiration and all that you have done said, and been to me I carry with me every single day. Your love and appreciation for us and your grandkids means so much and was so impactful to my life. We are feeling your loss and the devastation of all the times you made us laugh and made us feel like things would be okay will never occur in our day-to-day lives.

Daddy, I will always love you. I know I am your twin especially when it comes to cooking, cleaning, and talking to people. I have a lot of your traits and I would not trade that 4 anything. I love and miss our conversations. How you always ask if I'm twerking tonight ( 2nd job joke). you gave me the nickname linaboo which will stay with me 4Ever. I love how you always took care of your grandkids no matter what from taking them to the movies, buying sneakers, going to Macy's for lunch, or just sending a card with money for birthdays. Your nickname was so many things. I am so sorry you are not here with us. Things are so different and complicated without you here. I wish I was with you with no drama and problems. As you use to say I got 99 problems. I know if u were here things would b so different. I'm too emotional to continue. Just know u are close to my heart and will 4ever b. I LOVE YOU DADDY COOL

This photobook was designed for Aniyah Grandbaby Girl # 3 so she would have memories and a glimpse of how much her Grandfather adored her. This was the last photo they took together on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.

These images along with the fingerprint of our dad's thumb or pinky was a result of Alina's emotional state when she went to the funeral home to identify our father and grandfather.

The company that created these keepsakes is Matthew's Memorialization, we included the link to the catalog here.

I remember when we went to the movies and I said we should watch Annabelle he said “hell nah" I’m to sacred

This purple crocheted pillow was made my friend Susan Watkins, I love it so much and her detail captured my dad's face from the image she used. She can be reached on IG @ pretty_paper_n_stuff
